Qualification & experience: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • 5–7 years of experience in lubricants, additives, OEM approvals, or technical services • Prior experience to OEM approval processes for engine oils (MCO, PCMO and/or HDDO) will be an added advantage Technical competencies: • Working knowledge to good understanding of API / ACEA sequences • OEM specifications & OEM technical requirements (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VW, GM, Ford, Volvo, Renault, MAN, Chinese OEMs) • Understanding of Engine test requirements, bench tests, interpretation & tracking of test programs • Additive chemistry/ DI packages & base oil fundamentals • Familiarity with test labs and procedures (ASTM, OEM-specific) • Exposure to Oil recommendation systems or application guidelines Core skills: • Project management across complex, multi-stakeholder programs • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation capability • High attention to detail in documentation and compliance • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across regions Interested candidates are welcome to
