Project Management & Control: 

- Plan, manage and monitor large-scale EPC projects from concept phase through execution to final handover,

- Ensuring adherence to budget, schedule and quality standards

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, risk and opportunity registers and project documentation

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide transparent reporting to management 

- Coordinate engineering activities between internal departments, external design partners and local stakeholders;

- Review and comment on technical drawings, layouts, calculations and specifications

- Clarify technical interfaces between process, mechanical, electrical, civil and automation

- Support supplier selection and qualification in close cooperation with Procurement

- Ensure that local manufacturing requirements and technical standards are met by workshops and manufacturers in Vietnam

- Act as interface between engineering, procurement and local fabrication partners to ensure smooth and cost-efficient execution

- Coordinate EPC contractors and supervise construction activities on site

- Organize and support the commissioning phase, including performance test up to final handover (turnkey)

Supply Chain & Production Interface: 

- Manage procurement and manufacturing activities in close collaboration with local workshops and fabrication partners in Vietnam

- Contribute to the development and optimization of local supply chains and manufacturing structures

Time, Cost & Quality Responsibility: Take ownership of schedule, budget and quality for assigned work packages / projects

- Liaise with customers, suppliers, authorities and internal stakeholders in an international environment

- Represent EPC Projects & Local Manufacturing professionally towards external partners and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
