|
Industry: Manufacturing - Manage overall supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and delivery. - Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost control, and delivery performance. - Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Sales departments to ensure smooth material flow and production schedules. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. - Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers. - Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. - Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Lead, train, and develop the SCM team to achieve operational targets. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- 5-8 years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics/EMS - Strong background in Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics - Experience managing suppliers and driving supply chain optimization - Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (mandatory) - Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
