Industry: Manufacturing Location: Binh Duong Working time: Mon-Fri & 2 Sar/month Role Summary - Lead full HR, Admin and HSE functions for a manufacturing site (~200 employees). - Report directly to Operations Director and act as key HR leader at site level. Key Responsibilities - Manage full HR operations (recruitment, C&B, payroll, performance, employee relations). - Ensure labor law compliance and handle employee relations issues. - Oversee HSE and workplace safety compliance (coordination & supervision). - Manage site administration (facilities, security, transportation, vendors). - Lead and develop a HR/Admin/HSE team. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. - 08+ years of HR experience, including at least 03 years in a managerial role with manufacturing background. - Solid knowledge of labor law, C&B and employee relations. - Good English communication skills (able to work with expatriate management). - HSE exposure and audit experience is an advantage.
