|
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. Oversees workplace safety, environmental protection, and occupational health programs across all operations. EHS Policy & System Development - Develop, implement, and update EHS management systems, policies, and procedures in accordance with local laws and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA). - Ensure EHS policies are effectively communicated and implemented across all levels of the organization. Compliance & Risk Management - Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification and implement corrective measures. - Liaise with regulatory authorities during audits, inspections, and reporting. Training & Awareness - Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the company. Incident Investigation & Reporting - Prepare and submit incident reports and recommend preventive measures. Monitoring & Inspection - Ensure waste management, pollution control, and emergency preparedness procedures are in place. Documentation & Reporting - Provide monthly EHS performance reports to management. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. - Effective problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety,
Environmental Science, Civil/Construction Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in EHS within the construction industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position. - Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, occupational health standards, and environmental laws. - Experience in implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems is an advantage. - Proficiency in English for communication and technical documentation reading. |
