Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement operational plans for assigned Specialty Care brands; drive execution of tactical marketing strategies to achieve sales growth and market share expansion.

Business Planning & Forecasting: Provide critical inputs for business planning cycles, including Outlook and Long-Term Forecast (LTF) processes.

Launch Readiness: Ensure comprehensive preparation, planning, and execution for new product launches across the Operating Unit (OPU).

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Promotion, and local commercial teams to align marketing goals, while collaborating continuously with Regional OPU (ROPU) brand teams.

Customer & Expert Engagement: Execute medico-marketing initiatives (including CME programs, expert/KOL engagement, and multichannel campaigns) to optimize customer reach.

Market Intelligence & Regional Input: Influence regional brand strategies by gathering and providing actionable local market, competitor, and customer insights. Sales Enablement & Knowledge Transfer: Continuously educate internal stakeholders and supply sales teams with product updates, scientific insights, and training materials.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Health Science. An advanced business degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of product management experience within multinational pharmaceutical companies (MNCs), preferably focusing on Specialty Care.

Business Acumen: Demonstrated strategic thinking, marketing acumen, and a strongly customer-centric approach.

Technical & Soft Skills: Strong project management, strategy execution, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Systems & English: Excellent command of English (spoken and written), along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and database applications.
