Job Description: |

|
Manages the whole activities of farm that makes sure the implementation of pig husbandry standards and protocols. Manages all staffs at farm and is responsible for their training.
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Demonstrate good bio-security standards
- Apply continuous improvement to the farm, logistics, labor and organizational processes
- Report financial and technical reports (financial and technical indicators to be determined) on a weekly and monthly basis
- Create plans and budgets and is responsible for its implementation
- Report on finance, logistics, labor, and other organizational processes to the line manager
- Implement strict protocols and standards following company standards in order to achieve an optimal farm organization and the best technical results
- Initiate and maintains a network consisting of certifying, verification companies
- Maintain close contact with colleagues from Global team and other relevant colleagues
- Train the staffs with the aim to become the successor

Requirements: |

|
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Animal Science or Veterinary Science
- 3 year-working experience in management level of GP or PS farm
- Able to communicate in English with swine expert is a plus
