#BinhDuong #Manufacturing 1. Job Purpose
- The Senior Planning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production planning, material planning, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations within a sofa manufacturing factory to ensure smooth production flow, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate overall production planning, material planning, and order
fulfillment to ensure smooth production operations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize production plans based on business
objectives, customer orders, and production capacity to ensure on-time delivery and
effective resource utilization. - Manage order confirmation, production scheduling, material coordination, label printing, and daily planning operations.
- Supervise raw material receiving, material preparation, material issuing, finished goods
warehousing, and internal logistics operations to ensure smooth material flow.
- Oversee overall logistics and supply chain operations to ensure raw materials and
finished products are delivered on time and meet quality requirements.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and related departments to improve operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactively identify and resolve production planning issues, material shortages, and
delivery risks to minimize operational disruptions and avoid production downtime.
- Manage inventory control and inventory system optimization to ensure inventory
accuracy and maintain healthy stock levels.
- Lead material planning and purchasing coordination by implementing effective
procurement strategies and inventory control principles to improve supply chain stability.
- Manage daily maintenance and operation of departmental equipment to support
production requirements.
- Lead and develop the planning team (Planner, Mover, Clerk, etc.) to continuously
improve workflows, management systems, and team productivity.
- Establish and improve SOPs and KPI systems related to production planning, material
management, and logistics operations.
- Provide regular reports to management on production planning performance, inventory
status, delivery achievement, and related operational analysis.
- Drive digitalization and system improvement initiatives to enhance ERP and inventory
management system efficiency and data accuracy. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- Proven experience in large-scale furniture or sofa manufacturing, with strong expertise in production planning, material control, warehouse logistics, and supply chain operations. - Good at Chinese and capable of leading cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and optimizing manufacturing processes through strong analytical, ERP, and Lean/PMC management capabilities.
