Job Description:

The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, enforcing, and maintaining the management process systems for the entire plant.

Key objectives include:

Assessing and maintaining product quality from suppliers.
Managing technical issues, including raw material inputs and finished product outputs.
Overseeing laboratory operations (chemical and microbiological).
Managing Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and firefighting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management: Develop procedures and work instructions to ensure all materials and products meet standards and regulatory requirements.
Facility Management: Manage laboratory equipment, tools, and chemicals; ensure new equipment complies with BRC, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
HSE Management: Deploy HSE systems and conduct training on safety policies and standards.
Risk & Compliance: Manage risks across plant activities and work with international accredited organizations to maintain system standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise Quality Department staff and ensure compliance with quality control methods.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

Degree: University degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Processing Preservation, or Biotechnology.
Experience: 5 years of experience in QA management roles within the food processing industry.

Knowledge & Skills

Technical: Strong knowledge of ISO 2200, HACCP, GMP, 5S, and food hygiene safety, new set up experience
Industry Specific: Familiarity with the slaughtering and mixing processes for chicken and pork products.
Soft Skills: Leadership, team motivation, communication, and the ability to handle obstacles independently.
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Language: Native Vietnamese; English proficiency is prioritized.
