- The Regional Technology Manager will be responsible for understanding and implementing standard methodologies throughout the assigned region.
- The primary purposes of the position is to ensure maximum value is obtained from efficient operations and to drive continuous improvement in daily activities.

- Process Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement: Lead efforts in optimizing processes and resolving operational bottlenecks within animal nutrition manufacturing facilities across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Capital Expenditure Planning and Implementation Support: Provide assistance and support in the development and execution of capital expenditure plans for animal nutrition operations. This includes facilitating the development of the Front-End Loading process for growth-related projects, ensuring alignment with capital expenditure and business objectives.
- Project Communication and Monitoring: Focus on effective communication and tracking of New Development Engineering projects, including compliance initiatives and cost-saving measures. Support the financial or necessity justification of projects such as Kinney and Process Value/Improvement. Additionally, oversee the approval process at the Maximo Authorization for Expenditure level, where the Technology Center of Excellence serves as the first approver after the initiator. A key responsibility includes planning, developing, and reviewing new projects, whether they involve greenfield or brownfield plant developments.
- Project Tracking via Wave System: Manage the tracking of projects using the Wave system, the organization's project monitoring platform. This includes ensuring that all projects in the region are aligned with relevant milestones and that all planned projects are properly established within the system.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with various functional Technology Centers,such as Environmental Health and Safety Quality, Total Process Safety, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Electrical, Process Control, and Plant Engineering, to address specific matters or projects at each facility. Ensure seamless implementation and alignment with organizational standards and objectives.

- Bachelor's Degree in the fields of Chemistry, Food Processing, Production Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, or other related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience with animal feed plant process systems.
- 5+ years' experience in Process/Project engineering.
- Deep understanding of a variety of process unit operations.
- Dedication to working safely and to the awareness for the safety of others.
