A. FINANCIAL CONTROLLING

• Oversee Accounting team in daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely transaction recording, account reconciliations, period-end closing, and reliable data for management reporting.

• Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and ERP workflows; improve data quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to established financial policies and procedures.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, consolidate budgets across business units, maintain rolling financial forecasts, and monitor budget utilization and financial variances in coordination with Finance Business Partners.

• Oversee cash flow planning & forecasting, and working capital analysis; coordinate with the separate Chief Accountant – Tax & Treasury function on cash balances, funding requirements, and liquidity information without assuming day-to-day treasury operations.

• Coordinate with the Chief Accountant – Tax & Treasury function on accounting data reconciliation and consistency between management and statutory reporting, while maintaining the separate responsibilities of each function.

B. FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNERING

• Lead Group-wide business performance management; advise the Group CEO on P&L, profitability, commercial performance, and data-driven business decisions.

• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability by B2B/D2C channel, brand, product/SKU, customer, and business unit.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions to evaluate pricing, promotions, trade terms, investments, and resource allocation.

C. FINANCE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION & AUTOMATION

• Lead the optimization and effective utilization of ERP system to enhance financial management, data integration, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop and standardize management reporting systems, KPIs, and dashboards using Power BI or other suitable tools, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and seamless integration with ERP.

• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities in financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, anomaly detection, and budget monitoring; measure and continuously improve the effectiveness of these initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing; ACCA, CPA, CFA, or MBA is an advantage.

• Approximately 8–12 years of experience in F&A, including at least 3 years in a managerial role; experience in FMCG, beauty, distribution, or omnichannel retail is preferred.

• Proven experience in P&L management, FP&A, annual budgeting, cash flow planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and Finance Business Partnering with commercial functions.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, with hands-on involvement in implementation, optimization, or data utilization; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred.

• Strong skills in data analysis and management reporting; experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Query, or comparable BI tools.

• Practical experience in process improvement, automation, or AI applications in Finance; able to identify use cases, partner with IT on implementation, and evaluate business outcomes.

• Strong leadership, change management, communication, and executive advisory skills; business-oriented, proactive, pragmatic, and results-driven.
