|
Key Responsibilities - Business Development & Client Management: Develop and promote assigned Bacteriophage product portfolios by identifying and approaching new prospective clients, while nurturing relationships and expanding business with existing accounts. - Sales & Strategy Execution: Manage sales and marketing operations within assigned territories to achieve revenue, sales growth, and business targets. Formulate business plans, market entry initiatives, and sales strategies. - Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure accurate inventory planning, timely order fulfillment, and smooth client execution. - Financial Oversight: Assist the Accounting Department in tracking customer payment terms, following up on outstanding receivables, and resolving payment-related matters. - Supplier & Market Liaison: Maintain regular communication and coordination with overseas product suppliers, sharing market insights, customer feedback, and fostering long-term partnerships. - Sales & Technical Support: Support sales operations by managing product samples, handling technical and quality documentation, and preparing marketing materials for customer activities. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related scientific disciplines. - At least 4 years of total working experience. - Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience related to seafood processing ingredients or relevant sectors. - English: good in communication, writing and reading professional documents.
