|
- Solution Design & Pre-sales Optimization: Lead the integration of complex energy systems (Solar Rooftop/Floating, BESS, Hybrid, EMS); appraise and approve technical drawings, BOQ, and economic-technical feasibility (ROI) to support key sales/bidding packages. - Engineering Team Management: Oversee, allocate tasks, and manage quality and project progress for the design team; establish standard design workflows, solution libraries, and technical guidelines. - R&D & Product Packaging: Research emerging technologies (smart EMS, AIoT in energy management) and package standardized solutions to enable fast market entry and higher conversion rates. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related disciplines. Experience: - 3–5 years in Solar, BESS, and EMS system design/integration. - 1–2 years in a technical leadership role (Team Lead/Manager). - Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Pvsyst; deep knowledge of electrical standards, BESS principles, smart control systems (EMS), and ROI calculations for investors.
