Lead the development and implementation of Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) strategy, systems, and culture to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable operation. The HSE Manager is accountable for driving Zero Harm performance through effective risk management, elimination of unsafe conditions and behaviors, regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, emergency preparedness, and HSE leadership across all factory operations and expansion projects.
