Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Epicor Kinetic ERP in a high-volume LED manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities - Own ERP governance, scope, roadmap & stage-gate controls - Lead full-cycle ERP delivery: Discovery → Design → Configuration → UAT → Go-live → Stabilization - Drive shop-floor adoption & change management - Align manufacturing processes (BOM, routing, MRP, inventory, quality, traceability) - Manage Epicor partners, SOW, SLA & performance KPIs - Ensure minimal disruption to production & distribution operations |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- 7–10 years ERP experience, min. 5 years in manufacturing ERP implementation - Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing (electronic/LED preferred) - Hands-on Epicor Kinetic or similar manufacturing ERP - Solid project management & vendor coordination experience - Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills  Apply now: hanh.nguyen@focusconsulting.com.vn |
