The Vietnam Technical Manager serves as the direct and primary point of contact for the South and Southeast Asia Business Manager and the Global Technical Director. Under their guidance, the Technical Manager coordinates customer service activities in Vietnam to ensure optimal farm performance and supports the sales team in strengthening customer partnerships and expanding market share.

This position reports to the Global Technical Director for administrative matters, technical priorities, work coordination, and product performance. 

The role also requires close collaboration with the South and Southeast Asia Business Manager, as well as with the Sales and Marketing teams, providing technical analysis and reporting to support commercial initiatives.

Responsibility for all missions of one or more specialty areas with Responsibility for the deployment of standards within the framework of Strategic Objectives evaluated in the medium or long term.

This level also requires a decisive professional relationship requiring persuasion and diplomacy

• Ensures implementation and follow up of the action plans decided together with the SEA Business Manager and Global Technical Director.

• Follow up key customer on product performance.

• Ensure proper collection and analysis of the technical information in the area.

• Provides technical consultation to customers, including farm visits, flock assessments and performance troubleshooting.

• Deliver technical training to customers to ensure correct implementation of company management guidelines.

• Provides a monthly technical synthesis and activity report.

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinarian, Animal Science

• Fluency in English, Vietnamese.

• >5 years of experience in chicken farm/ poultry field in Vietnam market.
