Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Operation Management: Accountable for manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, and EHS across Vietnam operations. Represent Vietnam operations within the Group executive structure.

- Manufacturing & Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets are met with optimal quality, efficiency, safety, and cost control. Ensure stable operation of nonwoven production technologies (carding / stitch bond).

- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, yield, waste reduction, and equipment effectiveness. Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.

- Quality Management: Ensure consistent compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality systems. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations.

- Workforce Training: Responsible for preparing and implementing procedures, specifications, and written aids used for training production employees to achieve the best possible product yields and efficiency.

- Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management to ensure uninterrupted operations. Optimize warehousing and logistics flows to reduce working capital and delivery lead times.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management within the non-woven, textile, or yarn spinning manufacturing industry, preferably with Carding technology. Proven track record in managing manufacturing sites and driving quality improvements.

- Operational Expertise: Extensive knowledge of non-woven, textiles, or yarn spinning manufacturing processes, preferably carding line technology.

- Regulatory Compliance: In-depth understanding of EHS regulations relevant to manufacturing operations and Customs regulations relevant to import & export activities under processing and export production models.

- Core Skills: Deep expertise in implementing quality control systems, driving operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.

- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
