Qualification & Certification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

- Strong expertise in SAP (especially MRP, MM, and PP modules) is essential.

- Solid understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and contract manufacturing coordination.

- Proven experience in BOM management, master data control, and purchase order processes.

- Experience with SLOB management, inventory optimization, and demand-supply balancing.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and analytical reporting. 

Background & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in materials planning, production planning, supply planning, or related supply chain roles, preferably in the manufacturing or lubricants/chemicals industry.

- At least 2 years in a managerial or senior planning role

- Results-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.

- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sourcing, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Sales, and Finance.

- Capable of making informed decisions under pressure.

- High level of accountability, with a continuous improvement mindset.
