|
Position Summaries • Study OEM machine process flow, OEM machine/Line integration, SCADA Operation and translate into an OEE requirement and algorithm (Availability, Performance and Quality) • Hands-on and able to understand OEM machine operation to define the OEE requirement and algorithm • Design, develop and commission SCADA and OEM machine/ Line integration • Identifying network requirement, communication media/module for data enablement and validation • Lead and supervise site installation for the Line integration • Develop customized dashboard and reporting • Use an innovative solution to develop a tools that is modular and can be reuse for similar application Experience 1. Minimum of three years of SAP Integration (e.g IDOC, WSDL) with SQL and Oracle database 2. Minimum of two years of Rockwell or/and Siemens Software Education • Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Physics/Science or equivalent Personal Attributes • Committed and a team-player. • Willing to travel within Southeast Asia where necessary |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||

• Hands-on experience on SAP integratione.g IDOC, WSDL, etc.. and familiar with data filtering e.g .dat, .xml, .txt to SQL database • Familiar with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) • Experience ASP.Net web programming • Hands-on experience on SSRS(SQL Server Reporting Services) • Hands-in experience working with SQL database and Oracle database • Experience on Siemens or/and Allen Bradley Hardware and Software (e.gFactoryTalkView, ControlLlogix) |
