Manufacturing Industry • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. • This includes identifying new market
opportunities and expanding business with current customers. • Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with existing and potential
customer. • Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide
insights into product development and pricing strategies. • Collaboration: Work closely with
cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment in product offerings and to address
customer needs efficiently. • Customer Presentation &
Negotiation: Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and contract
negotiations. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry of related field. • Minimum 3 years of sales experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies. • Proficient in problem solving • Effective working in both independent and team work • Strong oral, written and presentation in both Vietnamese and English • Results-driven with a strong customer-focused approach. • Strategic thinking to analyze customer objections & give appropriate solution • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a proactive strong team member. • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams Interested candidates are welcome to apply or contact us directly for more information.
