+ Soft Skills: Strong customer service mindset; Good communication (Vietnamese & English); Problem-solving & analytical thinking; Ability to train and explain technical issues clearly; Willingness to travel;...

+ Good WEP, engineering tools (AutoCad, ready to learn SAP, ERP, CRM, and other software)

- Office location: No office in the North yet so the Service engineer will work with home base.
