|
The company is a fast-growing producer of high-quality hatching eggs and day-old chicks in Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia and is looking for a Finance Director who is in charge of those countries
- you will provide leadership and direction to finance & accounting, create insight and value add to the management team and partner with the General Director of the company in Asia and the Group CFO of Yellow Bird to deliver on the strategic and operational objectives.
- In charge of finance and IT.
- Supervise the monthly, quarterly and annual close for all joint-venture companies in Asia together with the local finance teams, using international reporting standards and in line with the reporting calendar; (split: statutory – preparation accounts and group reporting, Supervision Consolidation, automation and Monthly reporting)
- Supervise Production budgets and rolling forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-Flow).
- Perform cost calculations with the local finance teams and set up processes and systems to monitor the cost prices in our rearing- and breeding farms and hatcheries.
- Commercial Finance: Margin Calculations on the sales of DOC’s (day old chicks) and team up with the General Director to determine the sales price lists.
- Manage banking relationship and treasury related activities to ensure we honor all obligations versus our stakeholders.
- Be the gatekeeper together with the General Director to make sure we execute our investment program within budget.
- Enhance the use, reports and automation of the financial processes in FAST

Requirements: |
| |
|
- You are a strong leader and possess excellent analytical skills.
- You have a master’s degree in finance, economics or equivalent supplemented by experience in an international environment.
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of Myanarese and Cambodian culture is a plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, with teams in different locations, internal and external stakeholders.
- You are a mature finance professional used to provide leadership to finance teams in multiple locations.
- You are willing to spend time on travelling to the different countries
