|
- Liaise with Sales department to grow sales channels & new sales volume for all existing and new products in branches and maximize the ROI - Manage all departments in training branch to ensure smooth operation of the branch - Maintain a strong image of the branch - Be responsible of all financial performance of the branch including budget management, cost monitoring and control and budget reporting - Be responsible for legal issues of the branch - Staff management - Annual planning of budget, sales targets, working plans - Follow up & reporting system for reports relating to branch - Internal control process and Finance team (Revenue / Unearned revenue, Stock, Fixed assets) - Report to General Director - Develop, manage and be responsible for performance appraisal for all staff at branch |
