| Job Description: | ||||||||||
|
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans - Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for sales team,. - Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price - Evaluates and creates standard and promotional pricing and products/services bundling strategies - Builds and manages direct sales team, partner, reseller, and alliance channel activities - Locates or proposes potential business deals by identifying potential partners, distribution channels and end customers; - Initiates the sales process and creates potential business - Develops negotiating, deal scenarios, and sales closure strategies for sales and business development teams. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- Must be able to communicate fluently, written and speaking, in English - 4-6 years of and sales or business development experience. - Experience with Unified Communications technologies - Proven ability to create, oversee, execute and manage all sales, advertising and promotional activities |
