|
- Coordinate with the Project Development Division, the Project & Construction Management Division, Sales & Marketing Division and all other departments - Ensures the efficient and effective management of the Project Management Unit - Ensures that the Project Management Unit has established a Project Management Control System for the efficient management of the Project - Monitor and Checks the Project Schedule for correctness, accuracy and logic - Provides advice to the BOD and PCMD on Contractual implications |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
- Has been directly involved from the start until completion of the construction - Proficiency in the use of Computer, MS Office and Project Scheduling software - Proficiency in English ( Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening) - Strong leadership, diligence and work ethics - At least fifteen (15) years of continuous experience in the Management of Building Design and Construction including Land Development |
