- Overall in charge operations and administration including Middle and South projects. - Budget and cost control, Schedule and Manpower - Participate in tender interviews and project tenders - Checking and approval of cash advance clearance, sub-contractor claim, letters outgoing to 3rd party and project claims of all projects. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
- More than 5 years experience in construction project management specifically high rise building projects. - Civil engineering or structure engineer degree. - Has strong self discipline and ability to work independently without much supervision. - Has a good sense of responsibility, good communication skills and time management abilities. |
