1. Manage New Product Development: • work with Product Team to monitor New Product Launch, develop Innovation Projects, substitute products, services, foresee future trend and user behaviors. 2. Manage Project portfolio • Manage the product, service of the assigned product groups, define product specification, P & L • Be in charge of project product innovations, pricing strategy and communication development 3. Technical Support and Assessment • Key Testing, Certification, Systems Development Effectiveness • Conduct training for internal and external for Development and Availability • Partnership with Authorities to develop local standards and policies |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||

• 5 years experience in building materials product management position (Technical function) • Bachelor Degree Civil Engineer or Architect • Very good at communication, public presentation and leadership |
