| Job Description: | ||||||||||
|
- Manages the sales function in the assigned area in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues. - Develops and drives credibility and long term relationship with the customers in the assigned area - Manages the distribution- and channel mix according to the agreed criteria and develop the distribution network - Responsible for creating and implementing the sales plan - Lead, direct and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the predefined sales volume and profit goals. to assist distributors in selling out process - Contributes to each product marketing plan as to product prices and sales priorities. - Provide the rolling sales forecast and deploying sales target per distributors. - Expand outlet coverage in main urban areas and rural areas in line with expansion coverage target - Provide up to date market intelligence for marketing report - Meeting with distributors to set target, review sales, develop customer acquisition and training plans/ implementation timelines, order planning. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- University degree in business management/ commerce/ economics/science/ engineering - At least 3 years of relevant experience in same position in Lighting related industry, consumer good sales. Referable in Lighting and/or Lighting related industry - Distributor management experience - Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills |
