|
Technical duties • Ensures implementation and follow up of the action plans decided together with the SSEA Business Manager and Global Technical Director. • Follow up key customer on product performance. • Provides technical consultation to customers, including farm visits, flock assessments and performance troubleshooting. • Deliver technical training to customers to ensure correct implementation of Hubbard management guidelines. • Provides a monthly technical synthesis and activity report. Commercial duties • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Vietnam, aligned with regional goals. • Identify target customers and work on development plan. Target local Vietnamese account. • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activity to identify growth opportunities. • Achieve sales targets, volume growth and profitability goal for local Vietnamese account. • Provides a monthly CRM sales activity report. |

• Proactive, Team working & goal oriented. • Data driven mindset. • Problem-solver with a hands-on approach. • Commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset. • Veterinarian, Animal Science or Engineer degree Agri / Agro. • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in relevant field. • Fluency in English, Vietnamese. |
