- Build the master plan for operation development - Build an outlet by outlet Business Plan, develop action plans to achieve and coordinate the - Implementation - Motivate, develop, and encourage all managers, supervisors and associates through positive leadership and direction - Play a key role in establishing, monitoring and achieving company budgets, forecasts and - other financial targets - Report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis all branch sales and costs including an end of month report that will form the basis of our company and partner reporting structure |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
- Hospitality Management Degree - Having the same or similar position in related industry or 4 -5 stars hotel - Good oral and written communication in Vietnamese and English - Previous Food and Beverage experience ideally with a QSR environment component |
