• Handle book-keeping based on the source documents.

• Prepare journal entries accordance to US GAAP at month end.

• Reconcile all accounts in the accounting systems (MFGPRO, Trintech).

• Prepare internal management reports as required by Global GFO.

• Prepare adjustment entries in accordance to Local GAAP.

• Declare and make payment of withholding tax.

• Follow up on administration works relating to tax requirements.

• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/yearly statutory requirements.

• Responsible for create tax payment transactions on local bank portal.

• Monitor payable accounts by ensuring accurate and timely payments of invoices to vendors/employees as well as proper accounts are recorded by timely data entries into accounting software system to enable keep track payment on time.

• Check Travel & Entertainment claims.

• Assist in internal/external audit and annual tax filling.

• Support HR/Legal local admin works if any.

• File accounting documents.
