|
- Coordinate the company’s training and development activities - Evaluate training programs and curriculum - Select both internal and external training providers to ensure that company receives satisfactory standards of service - Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of training coordinators - Evaluate the training effectiveness and follow up post-training activities - Be trainers of “Training skills” and “Dealing with problem employees” courses - Coordinate with other departments to publish Company quarterly newsletters (incl. suggest topics, make schedule, edit writings/ layouts) on time |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
- University degree - At least 4 years experience in Training & communication function/HR generalist - Experience in using HR system - Good understanding of labor law & its practices - Good communication skills & employee relationship management |
