|
- Develop, implement, maintain and improve trade marketing tools, allocate the necessary budget and guard the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the supplier. - Define the objectives, the activity plan and the budget including MarCom deliverables for the appointed channels, taking into account the business plan and marketing strategy. - Define and formulate observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales data and through monitoring the success of the trade marketing activities. - Initiate activities to expand the seller base, so to increase the channel coverage and market penetration and gain market share. - Create and deploy POSM that are relevant to the brand, the retailers and consumers. - Facilitate visual merchandising in line with the strategies of the organization - Recruit, train and deploy promoters and demonstration in the most optimized manner. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
- At least 5 years in same position and of national business experience, including National Sales Organization - Experience with product market introductions. - Experience in working with distributor - Knowledge of all marketing aspects. - Experience with product market introductions. - Knowledge of processes in distribution channels in the country. |
