|
• Developing and providing customization key training programs for difference department and branches in accordance with their needs and requirements. • Investigating and evaluating existing management or core leader development programs. • Designing and administering management development programs. • Working with team on L&D daily operation and training logistics. • Delivering soft-skills trainings, mostly managerial training to staffs on a regular basis. • Preparing, or coordinating preparation of, training or procedural manuals used in conjunction with various programs or departments. • Directing immediate and long-range management or organizational development programs. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
• Broad knowledge and experience in employment law • FMCG experience in MNCs • Strong background in human resources and at least 5 years in L&D management • 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions • University Degree |
