• Approve and monitors implementation of marketing plans and programs • Direct subordinates to maximum sales commensurate with market potential, approved expense budget and company policies. • Direct distributors, agents, other health professionals, government officials and public relations programs • Investigates and evaluates with guidance from Area or headquarters new product possibilities and modifications or existing products on the basis of estimated market needs, costs, profitability and time required for recovery of investment to attain maximum growth and logical diversification in the market. • Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and procedures through the Financial Manager assigned to a region or country. • Responsible for compliance with all legal requirements of the country and company policies. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
• University graduate in Business Administration or Marketing. • Preferred MBA or post graduation degree in Marketing, Economics or Medical Related Sciences. • Sales & Marketing experience. • Management experiences. |
