|
- Build trade activities plan at the region - Work with Sales to execute/deploy all the approved trade activities in his/her region - Provide marketing services to trade including provides POSM, tool kit, sales presenter… - Work with Customer marketing to allocate & delivery MKT materials to distributors - Conduct weekly & closing report for all the activities happened in his/her region - Regularly make market visit to track, monitor the performance of trade program, get feedback from customer/sales, propose corrective action if needed - Align with RCM and Country MKT to do annual plan for regional DME - Support Country MKT to build annual plan for total DME - Keep reviewing DME spending and propose action - Keep tracking competition movement in the region - Do monthly report on her/his region: competitors’ activities, market movement, propose action if needed |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- At least 5 years’ experience in Sales/ Trade Marketing for FMCG company - Education: BA degree major in Marketing or Business related area - English : Good - MS office: Proficient - Strong leadership, creativity and innovation, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem solving and decision making - Ability to develop & manage trade activity plan |
