* Sales Performance - Achieve the agreed numbers of specified & delivered reference projects - Identify all project sales opportunities, follow up and be able to obtain specification - Fully understand market situation and sales performance and plan the corrective actions * Projects Tracking Systems Input - Reporting on projects pipeline and assisting the forecasting process for products that will be required for upcoming projects. * Customer Management: Ensure the maximum co-operation with the focused customer groups and efficient sales operation through: - Monthly Action Plan - Star Account Management - Customer Visit: to spend >50% of time in the field to: - Value Added Service * Demand Forecast - To ensure on time submission of Specification sales forecast - To discuss and review sales forecast with National sales Manager and agree action plan |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
Education - Architect or Interior Designer or Civil Engineer (or Business administration with experience in construction industry) Skills - Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues - Good in English (written and oral) - Smart, mature attitude – able to represent company externally Professional Experience - 5 years specification pre-sales experience in construction materials & Exposure to international companies |
