|
1) Responsibility: - Develop and implement a Key Account commercial plan. - Manage the development of the team. - Manage the distribution within the Region/ KA Channel in order to ensure that availability is maximized in line with brand strategies and the needs of the market. - Implement national presence of commercial and promotion programs with optimum use of resources and materials in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance. - Establish close working relationships with the retailers in order to gain high levels of support. - Keep Sales Executives fully informed at all times of objectives, progress and future action plan in order that effective planning and in-market activities can be implemented. - Provide commercial and competitive information and reports on performance of distributors to ensure that the Sales Director is fully informed at all times. 2) Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: - Preferably with previous Area or Regional Sales Manager experience with home appliance category and/ or building materials category. Project sales experience should be an advantage. - Previous Area or Regional Manager Experience/ Modern Trade Channel in electronics, home appliances products or fast moving consumer goods category. - Effective communicator with team building and organizational skills. - Fluency in writing and oral communication in English. - Good negotiation, rational decision making and creative problem solving skills. Key Success Factors: - Achievement of Region/ KA objectives and targets. - Achievement of Region/ KA Volume and Turnover objectives. - Effectively manage appointed distributors, sustain and develop distribution network in the Region - Good management of budget spending and cost. - Development of KA/ Sales Executives standard. |
