Knowledge and experience • Strong sales experience required, over 5 years. Construction industry experience is a plus. ( beton or related industrial). • Experience and skills in management - Listening - Communication – Analyzation – thinking logical , get people involve – Initiative - Has experience in manage at least 02 people • Strong experience in sales: - Has ability to manage big account - Has experience in valuate Customers in term of their Finance & potential - Understand Market & has ability to develop market analysis - Has ability to do prober Reporting. - Sill of Credit management • Good in Speaking & writing English Competency profile - Drive for Results - Customer Focus - Interpersonal skils - Developing Direct Reports & Others - Technical/ Functional Skills - Leading by example - Conflict Management - Organizational Agility Education and Work Experience - University degree in the field of construction or equivalent experience. |
