|
• Sales Performance: Achieve the agreed sales volume, value, share and contribution target • Market Information and Sales Analysis: Report to price monitoring, stock share, competitor activities and sales performance analysis: customer profile, channel performance, product performance, price impact.. • Customer Management - Monthly Action Plan: develop monthly action plan for the assigned area to successfully execute the Sales & Marketing Strategies and counter the competition in the area. - Key Account Management: identify and support the commercial drivers of the customers, - Project Sales: work with distributors to capture all project sales opportunities, develop a multipoint interface within customers to include architects, interior designers, gypsum installers, buyers - Customer Visit: spend >50% of time in the field - Value Added Service: identify customer development opportunities and propose customer development program to direct manager - Customer Understanding: Identify customer business drivers and training needs and communicate to direct manager - Shipment plan: Responsible for weekly and Month shipment plan - Marketing Activities: Implement marketing and trade marketing activities,Ensure P.O.P. materials and support tools are efficiently distributed and fully exploited • Sales Forecast: Responsible for sales forecast and review sales forecast with National Sales Manager and agree action plan • Budget control: Recommend customer investment plan according to company objectives and priorities and agree with direct manager |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- Bachelor Degree or higher - Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire ;Understand and able to communicate in English (Written and oral) Experience - 10 years sales experience ( at least 1 year in project sales) in construction material industry. |
