Key responsibility - Source investment opportunity - Prepare board papers, business proposals, preliminary budget estimates and cash flow projection for feasibility studies. - Prepare feasibility studies, board papers, business proposals - Work with all relevant parties to prepare routine, corporate presentations, strategy studies and other submissions. Qualification requirement Education Level Required: University. Field of study: Business Management/ Finance or Good Degree with some development knowledge Work Experience Required At least 8 years of relevant experience in real estate industry and/or related industry Effectively bilingual with strong command in English both written and spoken is essential Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines on a variety of projects. Ability to analyse in detail, and logically financial numbers, marketing reports, situations and problems |
