ESS Manager is responsible to generate revenues, build up good relationship with our clients and manage the team. Performance is evaluated on quantifiable measures (meeting execution and business development credits) as well as qualitative measures (revenues and yearly plans, number of completions, days to complete, completion ratio, receivables days) Key Responsibilities: • Do business development and generate new clients • Create business plans and monitor and review all marketing campaigns • Manage the team • Perform research and interview candidates • Conduct Training & Development. We value the importance of training and development and our goal is to assist all employees to grow within the organization, the ESS Managers are responsible to provide • Create candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
• Bachelor or Master Degree • Fluently speaking and presenting in English and Vietnamese • Management and leadership skill • Passion in working • Highly persistent with excellent project management skills • High EQ • Excellent communications and business writing skills • Eager to learn and willing to adapt to changes • Always think out of the box • Excellent services mentality and can manage even the most difficult and demanding clients • Mentoring and coaching skills • At least 7 years of working experience in international firms • Experienced in Executive Search industry preferable. |
