Job Description: |

|
- First in line to act in response to customer complaints (stay in farm as assigned).
- Survey and assess the status of the farm / barn to find out suitable solutions.
- Plan to import gilts to change herds to the farm
- Monitor the breeding of the gilts and the sows.
- Plan to place bran on the farm weekly
- Plan for the sows to use Regumate for mixing (if the farm is grouping).
- Propose a list of sows / gilts to be discarded.
- Making sow rations from time to time.
- Perform an ultrasound of the sow and measure back fat thickness.
- Monitoring the health of the sows, piglets, weaned pigs, and pigs.
- Make a treatment plan for pigs when problems arise.
- Propose to the management to collect samples, conduct sampling and send samples to the camp when necessary.
- Participate in and monitor vaccine vaccinations.
- Participate and supervise the batches of pigs at the end of the experimental period in the farm (if any).
- Participate in the selection of gilts to periodically change herds, sell pig breeds, and sell pigs.
- Process vaccination for sows and piglets.
- Process vaccination for imported flocks.
- Make a monthly plan to plan the situation of buying treatment materials and vaccines for the farm.
- Order medicine and vaccines for the farm.
- POP and Data Collection
- Support in organising and executing POP and collecting feed performance data
- Training and Information Update
- Execute training procedures for farm workers and new employees (refer to company's feed, vaccine and antibiotic procedures).
- Prepare descriptions to suit each barn of the farm.
- Set up a cycle schedule for the farm.
- Collect and import technical data into productivity management software.
- Import economic data into the software (if any).
- Periodically update the internal evaluation sheet for each barn for farm manager and line manager.
- Make weekly and monthly reports and promptly send them to line manager.
- Present monthly report at regular monthly meeting.

Requirements: |

|
- At least College’s degree in Animal Science/Veterinarian/ Aquaculture background
- At least 01 year of professional working experience at similar position(s)
- Preferable experience in interacting with farms and animal husbandry
- Make a monthly plan to plan the situation of buying treatment materials and vaccines for the farm.
- Execute training procedures for farm workers and new employees (refer to Company's feed, vaccine and antibiotic procedures).
- Prepare descriptions to suit each barn of the farm.
- Set up a cycle schedule for the farm.
- Collect and import technical data into productivity management software.
- Import economic data into the software (if any).
