- Manage incubation program, discuss with third parties to find causes, solutions, collect data, measure and analyze key performance indicators to improve process and program effectiveness incubation process.
- Monitor and check techniques at the Hatchery, complete working processes and forms.
- Manage external contractors related to the scope of management.
- Responsible for the maintenance program of machinery, equipment, technical systems, components, technical supplies... of the hatchery plant.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities comply with established health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and check daily technical reports.
- Responsible for internal and external training programs for the team, international interns, leading and developing the team.
- Responsible for technical assembly and operation of the company's international projects on hatchery plants and technology transfer from partners.

- Graduated from University of Animal Science, Veterinanry, knowledge of Mechanical or Automatic Electricity is a plus
- Minimum three years of experience in hatching chicks
- Flexible, responsible, detailed and honest
- Able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime
- Good leadership, planning and organizing skills
- Handle discipline and solve problems well
