Position Requirements: - Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in the area - Plan and organize innovation and sales projects, deliver the marketing and pricing strategy for products, services, and associated brands - Develop plans and deliver results while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching, and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. - Engage in business development activities with potential business partners in the region - Identify potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships - Collaborate with managers and supervisors to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs |

Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in sales; commercial knowledges and business acumen of Animal Nutrition in Asia South - Experienced in P&L management - Proven record of key account, commercial portfolio enhancement, and segment priority management - Senior Executives level influencing, business presentation, plus communication - Familiar with digital solution and technology platforms |
