- Resolves assigned complex problems, develop new products/ processes, and maintain/ improves existing products/ processes - Evaluate new Raw materials for new products for cost saving projects as back up supplier - Shows initiative in resolving issues and problems with solutions for internal, external customers. - Recommends changes in technical approaches to achieve product, process goals - Maintenance of safe operating procedures through complete knowledge of safety rules and lab procedures |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||||
|
- University graduation in Chemistry/ Polymer engineering/ - 5 year work experience. Good Knowledge & experience in Wood coating - Preferred: Good knowledge in wood coating especially NC, PU, UV & WB technologies - Ability works with cross functions and stakeholder. Accomplish other fundamental functions as listed below - Travel Requirements: (Time spent away from home or other typical office location) |
