- Accountable for all training operations regarding assigned products, nutrition & health within assigned regions to strengthen and leverage the qualified Distributor forces.

- Deliver assigned product/ Health & Nutrition training courses (Product training course, New Product training courses, special training courses…).

- Train and manage Trainer forces.

- Design assigned products, Health & Nutrition training material for offline & online courses.

- Design and deliver Product training courses on E - learning system

- Making training reports to evaluate training effectiveness

- Response distributor questions related to assigned products, health & nutrition

- Support other projects in training department.

- Accountable for training operations under the assigned category

- Implementation of Training plan and program development 

- Biochemistry or Biology Technology, Food Technology, Food

- 3 year experience in training position for Nutrition Supplemental products, Healthcare

- Understanding of direct selling industry and experience in conduct training for distributors.

- Good command of spoken & written forms in both English and Vietnamese
