- Performing all administrative works (traveling/meeting schedules…., personal/family support, processing correspondence) to assist the MD in his daily management operations.

- Coordinating with MD in preparation for board-related documents (board minutes, board resolutions) and board meetings (agenda, board papers, minutes taking

- Acting as an official interpreter at board meetings and in Adhoc meetings with board members.

- Translating highly confidential and sensitive documents/correspondence to and from MD/General Management including board/shareholders related documents

- Assisting the MD with bi-weekly Management Team Meetings governance during the year (scheduling, minutes taking, meeting agenda, pre-reads, actions follow-up).

- Involving and supporting the legal department in preparing and recording primary legal-related documents of HVBL, HVBB, and its subsidiaries.

- Holding/controlling two Companies'stamps and MD's e-signature to ensure company documents are stamped and e-signed properly with company regulations and law requirements.

- Controlling the filing system in the MD Office including board/legal documents and important/confidential files of the company 

- Assisting/participating in organizing major company events, including live interpretation.

- Coordinating with the Finance department in monitoring the overall budget of General Management and with People function for MD's home leave budget

- Min 5 years of experience as Executive/ Personal Assistant to MD/ GM or BOM 

- Good command of English and Vietnamese- Both spoken and written skills are required.
