Job Responsibilities: - Provide a 3-5 year key account sales forecast with the company - Develop swine key accounts and maintenance the existing clients - Deliver on the assigned financial targets in line with the company strategy. - Continuous assessment clarification, validation and management of customer needs. - Coach and Co-visit customers for problem solving. - Establish professional relationships with key personal of the key accounts. - Lead and coordinate the solution development and needed activities to meet customer needs. - Manage the Key Accounts, update yearly key account plan in line with the company key account planning standards. - Provide the technical support, technical training for field force of the company, distributors and customers. - Proactively identify, assesses and validates customer needs and translates the needs into the action plan. - Provide management and technical solutions to create win-win situations. - Support in house technical training and field group meeting presentation. - Understand the formal and informal key account structure. |

Requirements: | ||||||||||||
- Veterinarian Doctor, - 5 years working in swine industry with excellent technical knowledge in key account - Customer focused Leadership competencies - Performance and Return on Investment-driven person - Proven ability to work cross-functional Interpersonal and communication skills |
