- Devise and implement the company’s sales strategy and monitor effectively 

- Develop distribution channel and customer net work

- Provide strong leadership for Feed mills Sales Manager, CP Key Account Manager and CA Technical and Sales Manager to achieve the annual goals. 

- Ensure appropriate preparation of the marketing plans for new product launch, symposium and annual strategic support for key accounts including technical support, in-house seminar, and promotion campaigns to sell products, to increase sales for being used products, new product applications.

- Drive development of sales objectives, strategies, advertise and promotion programs.

- Develop annual sales volume, profit forecasts, pricing and expense budget, provide dollar forecast updates.

- Be aware of competitors’ sales activities, analyze market trends and sales potential and prepare sales forecast for use in planning manufacturing operations and inventory control.

- Be in charge of A&P management, P&L management and Project management

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management/  Business Administration or equivalent education.  

- Supervising and evaluating employees.

- Applying fundamental supply chain management principles and practices.

- Analyzing and reviewing manufacturing and operational reports.

- Developing and operating a supply chain.
